What is your return policy?
We will fix ANY errors that you have with your system, by either sending you new hardware or just sending you a new SD card to fix any software problems! We will always honor this policy and even offer upgrades to devices as we get better software and hardware! If you receive your system and it doesn't work and you want a refund we will refund you as soon as the product has been sent off back to us.
Do I need an internet connection to use this device?
Don’t worry. You don’t need an internet connection with this console. It can be played anywhere, any time once you have a screen handy.
How long does it take to ship?
Currently all our orders are shipping out 1 day after they are placed! Place your order and you'll receive a tracking notification the next day and have your items shipped immediately!
Can you add games to the system?
You can definitely add games to your system. We will have tutorials out soon that will show you exactly how to do this, but if you want to know how NOW, just message or email us and we can walk you through it!
Can I play 4 players with this system?
Yes! You can play any co-op games with up to 4 players with our device. The 4 USB ports are accessible and work for 4 controllers.
Can I save in these games?
Yes! You can save in any game at ANY time, even in the middle of a cutscene, and then load from that point at any time. The inputs to activate these saves and loads will be printed out on your instruction manual included with your console!

Terms and Conditions
- 1. Acceptance. ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO AND EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, AND UPON BUYER'S ASSENT THERETO. 2. Changes All Changes to orders will be agreed upon via email and all changes to original price and product must be agreed upon by both the buyer and the seller.
3. Game alterations. Games included on the system can vary from the list. Including 20,000 games can be difficult to keep up with as far as a list so any games that you specifically want to include you must provide on the list. If you would like to add games after the fact we willl address it separately via email.
4. Delivery, claims, delays. All delivered sales transfer risk of being stolen to the buyer upon delivery. Meaning if your package is stolen after USPS has marked it delivered we are not liable to provide a new unit as it is your responsibility to know your neighborhood and use the tracking information we provide to arrange pickup. However, any damages to the system will be handled with a return and replacement.
Delivery dates communicated or acknowledged by Seller are approximate only, and Seller shall not be liable for, nor shall Seller be in breach of its obligations to Buyer, for any delivery made within a reasonable time before or after the communicated delivery date.
5. Taxes and other charges. Any use tax, sales tax, excise tax, duty, custom, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority, on or measured by the transaction between Seller and Buyer shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced.
6. Claims. Claims made against Seller in connection with defective Products must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery or they are waived by Buyer and will not be considered by Seller.
